A Conversation with Laura Turiano: RTT as a Tool in a Time of Challenge


At this crazy time when the world has bumped into their mortality as a result of maneuvering and trying to make sense of the COVID-19 pandemic, I continue to reach out to offer greater peace and to empower our awareness of the importance of self-care amidst our anxiety.


Even though I have had the opportunity to interview

Laura Turiano in the past, I felt that it was worth bringing her back to share more specifically about RTT, COVID-19 and the underlying fears that are being triggered.

What is RTT?
